The Site

Five hectares uniquely located close to the city and some of Melbourne’s most affluent suburbs.

The site is surrounded by the Burnley Golf Course, the Yarra River and the Burnley Horticultural Gardens.

The site housed two major corporate tenants, a collection of older-style buildings (some derelict and disused) as well as vast tracts of undeveloped land.
