Set in a unique location surrounded by the Burnley Golf Course, heritage listed Burnley Gardens and the Yarra River, Botanicca sets a new standard of work/life balance, providing access to local gardens, jogging and cycling tracks, and sporting fields. The site features modern office space and a range of retail and lifestyle amenities including restaurants, cafés and a gymnasium. It is home to a broad variety of businesses including General Electric’s Asia Pacific headquarters. Botanicca was a government-backed project of ‘state significance’, and General Electric’s expansion was declared Victoria’s single largest job expansion in two decades.
