Metropol restored and transformed the heritage listed St Kilda Railway Station, originally constructed in 1857, into a contemporary lifestyle and entertainment precinct featuring a vibrant residential and retail hub while retaining the period charm of the area.

Integrating 127 modern apartments with restaurants, retail outlets and a gourmet supermarket, Metropol residents enjoy easy access to public transport, St Kilda beach and the Melbourne CBD.

We delivered 3 buildings comprising of 127 apartments and 320 underground car parking spaces. The project restored a heritage-listen railway station and public spaces, introducing 23 retail and restaurant units – including a gourmet supermarket.
