The eight different living experiences along with cafes, restaurants, a gourmet supermarket, gymnasium and rooftop pool, have been transformed by world-renowned designer Phillipe Starck, and a team of leading architects.

We delivered 8 buildings comprising 428 apartments, as well as car parking for 500 vehicles and 12 retail spaces, including a gourmet supermarket. The joint venture with Babcock and Brown produced 8 unique buildings, designed to maximise marketing and sales potential.
