Construction is advancing with strong momentum.
The podium structure (ground to Level 4) is now complete, with the façade installed up to Level 1 and ongoing work across podium levels, including lift installation.
Fit-out has commenced on the first podium apartments, while the Woodgate Street townhouses have progressed to wall framing and internal construction. Mezzanine resident amenities, such as the co-working space and private dining, are being roughed in.
Above the podium, the tower core has reached Level 10, with the structure rising to Level 7 and the Level 5 garden apartment terraces taking shape.
The structure has now soared to Level 20.
Reaching Level 20 marks a defining moment in the evolution of this landmark project. This milestone reflects the vision and commitment behind R.Evolution as it continues to transform the skyline.
