Construction at R.Evolution is well underway.
After commencing in November 2024, the in-ground foundation piles to support the building are now approximately 50% complete.
Following completion of the piling works, the ground floor slab will be poured, creating the structure for the level 5 podium. The podium will include a suite of new resident amenities, Garden Apartments and additional car parking.
The tower crane is expected to be installed by the middle of this year, allowing the construction of the 41-level building to significantly accelerate.
R.Corporation will continue to provide construction updates in the coming months as construction progresses on site.
